| Deposit Policy: Reservations will be billed for two night's stay, including room tax as a deposit, which will be applied to your stay. This deposit is refundable if your reservation is cancelled in accordance to the cancellation policy.
Refund Policy: Free cancellation 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 4:00pm, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. Guarantee: All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with a valid expiration date. A valid credit card number must be provided to cover the full room and tax amount + incidentals. The name on the credit card must match the person physically checking in. Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in your rate, but we recommend our onsite personal chef, Dawn. To make a reservation for breakfast service call 1-310-227-7177. Note: Personal chef services are billed separately. A minimum of 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an existing personal chef reservation is requested. Standard Room Rate: $250/night - 2 night minimum Extra Persons: Reservations may not exceed 2 adults. A complimentary twin trundle bed is available upon request to accommodate a maximum of 2 children 12 and under. Smoking: Ranch is non-smoking. Pets: Pets are not permitted. Check-in: 4pm Early Check-in: Based on availability, additional charges may apply. Check-out: 11AM. Late check out based on availability. Parking: Complimentary self parking is located directly in front of Carriage House. Cleaning fee: Standard fee is included with your reservation.
